Over 100,000sf of renovation and a new 20,0000sf student center expansion to the historic 1971 award-winning original campus building by CRS architects. Expanded library, modernized testing & education labs and administrative offices. Rich palette of materials stand apart from the stoicism of the original cast-in-place concrete structural frame and concrete block infill walls. Expedited schedule – in order to coordinate with school breaks and opening dates - required releasing the structural steel package a mere four weeks from awarding architectural services.
