Major mechanical renovation to the existing 160,000sf synagogue and school. In order to keep the facility operational without closure interruption, the new air handlers were placed on the roof and connected to the building ductwork following mold remediation. An architectural screen wall was employed to keep these units concealed from approaching views from both the street front and the back parking lot area. Project also included replacement of mold-damaged interior finishes.
