Phase 1 program for a 10,000sf 1-story multi-purpose assembly building and site development for youth day camp (the future Phase 2 adds a separate 15,000sf fitness center). The materials palette– rough-hewn ashlar limestone, glue-laminated timber trusses and structural roof deck - evoke the comfort of a rustic lodge. Highlights include the outdoor fireplace plaza, 400-seat terraced outdoor amphitheater, cabins and teepees for day camp activities (all accessed by a boardwalk system), archery ranges, and a 75 foot climbing tower/ropes course.
