The project consists of student housing for approximately 1,200 students. The project includes a main Residence Hall and two Small Residence Hall buildings. Typical residential units are 4-bedroom suites with shared common space and bathroom. The main Residence Hall includes a single-story Commons building that includes a large student lounge, living/learning space/active learning areas, multipurpose rooms and offices. The small residence halls for international students and engaged learning groups consist of single bedroom units (16 per floor) with shared bathrooms kitchens and common space.
The project is located on the site of the existing Quadrangle Housing (to be demolished) at the south side of the University of Houston campus within the residential zone – east of Cougar Woods Dining and West of Cougar Village II Residence Hall.
