SITE: The periphery of the upper-class enclave of River Oaks, not protected by deed restrictions has fostered a variegated district of single family homes, 1950's courtyard townhomes, restaurants and designer boutiques.
PROGRAM: Office space of six architects with communal ancillary spaces. The occupants are left to their own discretion on resolving spatial issues created by the overlapping modules.
